Introducing Birdhill Vineyards, the culmination of five years of dedicated land preparation, vine tending, and patient craftsmanship by Brad, Elaine, and family. We are proud to debut our label with our signature Pinot Noir—a rich, textural wine that beautifully expresses the quality of our vines and the unique terroir of our hillside in Tea Tree.
Joining our flagship is our Pinot Rosé Carbonique, a unique, rich style inspired by our time working in the southern Champagne region. Bringing a fresh perspective to the Tasmanian wine scene, it is truly a “must-try” for the adventurous palate.
Pouring wines shoulder-to-shoulder with our neighbouring vineyard Petrichor wines and located just across the road from Stargazer’s fabulous new cellar door, we invite you to drop by and celebrate our launch with us.
