Pembroke Wines (or Estate) is a historic vineyard in the Coal River Valley, Tasmania, established in 1980 by the McKay and Hawker families, renowned for producing acclaimed Pinot Noir from some of Tasmania’s oldest vines, characterized by rich black cherry notes, deep colour, and excellent aging potential, with the winery located at 191 Richmond Road, Cambridge. They also grow Chardonnay, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc, and were pioneers in clonal material for the Tasmanian industry.
