For this special weekend, we are offering two distinct ways to experience Stargazer. You can secure a seat for an intimate, guided tasting around our bespoke table for twelve in the brand-new tasting room (bookings essential) or join us for a more relaxed afternoon on the lawn. If you choose the latter, you can enjoy a glass of wine paired with a bite to eat, all while soaking in the views over the Palisander vineyard. No bookings are necessary for this.
We’re thrilled this year to be hosting renowned Hobart chef Lilly Trewartha who will be serving up her famous katsu sando on Friday 27th from midday until 3pm – anyone who has visited Winterfeast or the Taste of Summer will happily confirm how good these are! Worth taking an early minute from work…
And on Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 3pm (28th and 1st), the crew from everyone’s favourite wine bar, Sonny will be here providing their inimitable vino-friendly snacks to go with your glass of Tupelo or Rada.
