Julie and Michael from By Chance Wines will be opening their micro winery to the public from 10:00-18:00 all three days of Spring in the Vines. Guests will have the opportunity to look around the cellar, hear more about the grape-growing and winemaking process, and of course, taste through some delicious Pinot noirs. And less than a 15-minute drive from Hobart, it’s a great urban tasting option or convenient stop along your tasting journey.
