Spring in the Vines 2025 – social media promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Your participation in completing the survey and providing your email address constitutes your deemed acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries.
3. To be in the draw to win the promotion you must complete ONE of the following:
– Like this post on either facebook or instagram.
– Follow /SpringintheVinesTAS on Facebook or Follow @SpringintheVines on Instagram.
– Tag a friend (or more!) you’d enjoy these wines with.
– Share this post to your story.
– Subscribe to our mailing list at https://winesouth.com.au/spring-in-the-vines/subscribe/ and provide contact information by subscribing to the mailing list by 11:59 pm on the 31 of October 2025.
4. Entry into promotion is limited to one entry per person.
5. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
6. The promotion commences at 5 pm on the 10 of October 2025. The closing date is 11:59 pm on the 31 of October 2025.
7. Entrants into the draw have the chance to WIN a Dozen bottles of wines from across the participating vineyards and winemakers.
8. The promotion draw will occur at Uplands Vineyard on the 2nd of November 2025 at approximately 1 pm AEST.
9. The prize winners will be notified by 5 pm on the 3rd of November 2025 via email by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and conclusive.
10. If unclaimed, a further draw for the prize may take place on the 5th of November 2025, at the close of business, at the same place as the survey promotion draw, but this is subject to change.
11. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
12. At their discretion, the Promoter may disqualify an entrant, whether before or after a draw, if the entrant is from the same business, household or Immediate Family of another winner.
13. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter the survey promotion repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
14. The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury/sickness or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including but not limited to, the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control) (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference (c) any entry, prize or claim for a prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether before or after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions (e) any tax liability (including FBT) incurred by a winner or entrant (f) use of the prize
15. The promotion is open to consumers aged 18 years or over only.
16. The promotion is open to Australian residents only.
17. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prizes must be taken as described and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as described. No cash refund or reimbursement allowed if the prizes are not utilised and no credit will be given if full value of the prize is not utilised on one transaction.

21. Volunteers and Immediate Family* of the Promoter, participants in the event and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to win any prizes. *Immediate Family means any of the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, brother, sister, step-brother or step-sister.
