For the very first time, By Chance Wines will open its cellar door to the public. Guests will have the opportunity to tour the micro winery, hear more about the vineyard we farm, and of course, taste our new releases (2 different Pinot noirs and a Cabernet franc). To celebrate Spring in the Vines, we will also be hand disgorging some of our very first vintage of Blancs de Noir sparkling!

By Chance Wines will launch their new wine release exclusively for SITV 2025 (not available for tasting or purchase prior to the SITV 2025 weekend)
